Numerous models of Kiosk enclosures with touchscreen monitors including floor standing, table-top and wall mounted kiosks. Custom software development available on a case by case basis.
2. What makes your company unique?
Our pricing is the lowest in the industry, even for single unit purchases (volume discounting is applied to our already low prices). Our base prices are listed right on the website so prospect do not have to fill out lengthy forms and wait for a customer rep to call or email back saving the prospect time and privacy. At the same time, we strive to provide the best in top quality and attractive kiosks. We work with companies large and small. Personal attention is given to each customer or prospect.
3. What is your marketing philosophy for the self-service industry?
Fulfillment of current client needs at very competitive pricing, while exploring future trends in the industry and preparing to meet those future needs are among our top goals. Customer service is always a prime focus as we seek to develop long term relationships with all of our valued customers.
4. What other business sectors do you operate in?
Our sister company is a software development firm, primarily working in the automotive aftermarket business sector, and works hand in hand with our kiosk company. As an exhibitor at one of the USA's largest international trade shows, our staff has over 12 years of experience in providing quality products to many types of companies, from single location "mom and pop" operations to firms around the globe, Fortune 500 companies, as well as national franchise operations. Our kiosk business is limited to North America due to contractual obligations.
5. Give a brief history of the company
Over the past year, Emerald Coast Kiosk has been born out of a need for high quality kiosks at discounted prices for our sister company, a software development firm based at the "Emerald Coast" of Florida in Panama City Beach. The capable and friendly staff at Emerald Coast Kiosk has been providing sales and service of software products for 13 years and interactive kiosks for 3 years. As the need for kiosks in arenas other than our sister company's target market began to become more and more evident, the time to split off a new company came this year, but the operations, sales and service staff are the same that has been providing hundreds of companies nationally and internationally for over 12 years.
6. Why did you join Self-Service & Kiosk Association?
We realize the need to associate with like minded businesses and individuals, and are strong believers in the power of networking with similar business concerns for the mutual good of all. Thus it only made sense to join Self-Service & Kiosk Association.
7. What do you like about our industry? What are some of the challenges?
We like the forward thinking of this industry and how it is revolutionizing the world of commerce and information dissemination. Challenges that we perceive in the industry at large are the variety of factors including technical, logistical, financial and others factors that require proper integration of components to create cohesive and reliable systems. Another challenge is in the area of education of decision makers as technologies continue to grow.
8. What does the future hold for your company’s success in the self-service industry?
Our goals for the future are to be among the cutting edge of the kiosk and self-service industry, always watchful of new developments so that we can experience exponential growth what we perceive as part of a new "paradigm shift" in the marketplace at large. We feel that this could be a never ending wave on which we will ride throughout the years and decades to come. To do this, we are preparing for growth in product lines, services offered, staffing to handle the growth and all the while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in the market as they occur.
