Meijer's completes installations of new photo-finishing kiosks

The Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press: Meijer Inc. last fall became the first retailer in the country to introduce Hewlett Packard's advanced Digital Photo Center Solution kiosks. The switch to the new technology at all of the chain's stores — more than 180 in the Midwest — was completed in April. The new system gives consumers more options for personalizing their images, including converting them into posters, scrapbooks, calendars and slide shows with music.
